British Clear Honey infused with with the gentle citrus notes of lemon which enhances the honey’s light taste wonderfully. Our Honey with Lemon is produced using British Clear Honey and dried lemon slices which are left submerged in the honey for a full infusion.

This honey already has a light enjoyable taste which is further enhanced by the addition of a lemon slices. This makes it a fantastic addition to any tart or drizzled over ice cream and in tea.

All of our honey is unpasteurised and unheated to preserve its full flavour and produced here in the UK.
