These tips are made from glass capillary tube and drawn using a drop weight to achieve maximum tip shape and length constancy. The tips are then flame polished at both ends to reduce the risk of injury to the queen during insemination.

Glass insemination tips are often broken or damages during cleaning or become blocked during seaman collection. During instrumental insemination it is important to have a number of spares.

These tips are made from 1.5mm OD capillary tube with a tip ID of 0.16mm and an approximate length of 80mm. These tips come as a pack of five and are packed in a plastic tube with cotton wool to protect them during shipping.
